Cutting plotters/- tables

There are cutting plotters and tables made by all the major companies on the market. These can be controlled by the ColorGATE Print and Cut Module (PCM) and corresponding optional drivers. If you purchase a Cat1 driver the PCM is already included. A Cat0 driver is already included in a purchased PCM. Hybrid devices will be licensed as printer drivers.

Cat0 drivers for cutting devices are included in a purchased Print and Cut Module (PCM).
Cat1 drivers for cutting tables must be licensed with additional charges which includes the PCM.
Cat0 drivers for hybrid devices (marked in "Hybrid support" column) must be licensed as printer driver which includes the PCM. The printer driver category is shown in the printer driver list.

All marked devices are able to print and cut. Drivers for hybrid devices contain the Print and Cut Module (PCM) without additional charges. Their category is shown in the printer driver list.

Aristo

Aristo
Optional driver that already includes the Print and Cut Module (PCM). It allows cutting on Aristo Precision-Cutting tables (SL, TL, GL and LFC series) which are controlled by the CutterControlPanel. By assigning different spot colors to the specific tools, also multiple tool paths and multiple tool workflow is easy accessible. The tables must be equipped with the »AutomaticEye« option, to be able to synchronize the registration marks of the printing artwork with the tool path.

COMAC

COMAC Comagrav
Optional driver that includes already the Print and Cut Module (PCM). It allows cutting on COMAC Comagrav CNC machines which are controlled by the COMAC PILOT software suite. Barcodes of type Code39 or QR Code can be placed individually around the job. Via a hot folder interface the HP/GL based *.plp files are provided. Multiple spot colors in an input file can be used.

Optional driver that already includes the Print and Cut Module (PCM). It allows controlling output devices with equipped OptiScout System (OptiScout Software Suite). Several manufacurers offer cutting and rounting tables that include the OptiScout implementation. Special synchronization marks will be used to synchronize the print-out and the cut data with the OptiScout System.The OptiScout soft and hardware, which is required for that function, is not included.

MultiCam

MultiCam

Driver included in the optional Print and Cut Module (PCM). It allows controlling of the Summa S and S2 Class roll plotters, as well as SummaSign and SummaCut devices. To send cut data to the device, you can use ColorGATE CutServer software or Summa Cutter Control Software (Summa Cut Center and Barcode Server). Additionally, the Flex Cut function allows cutting of "bridges" for a better media stability while cutting through the media. Different spot color can be assigned to specific tools.

VHF

VHF
