RIP Software

Productionserver 10

PS10 Roland Edition

The PS Roland Edition is the ideal RIP software to operate a Roland printer (Cat1) to meet the needs of print service providers or in smaller production environments. It covers all the areas of large-format printing (LFP) - incl. the support of white and metallic colors on corresponding printers (VersaCAMM VS series, SOLJET Pro III XC-540MT).

The areas of application range from poster prints to displays and banner printing and right on up to large photos.

Just like all the PS RIP software solutions from ColorGATE, PS Roland Edition also offers the same high-quality components and excellent color management with optimum color replication and consistent reproduction every time.

This software is modular in design to allow for expansion at any time to meet new needs and is ready for the use of the Ink Saver.

    Use in virtualized environments:

    Software based licensing:

Operation of the ColorGATE software on virtual machines is not permitted with software based licensing.

    Hardware based licensing ("hardware dongle"):

If the virtualization solution supports USB, ColorGATE software can usually be operated with hardware based licensing. Please note, however, that ColorGATE cannot provide support for problems that occur in the context of the virtualization solution. There may be restrictions when printers, measuring devices or cutting plotters are connected via USB. In addition, the hardware requirements must be exclusively available as resources for the virtual machine to ensure a high-performance operation of the software. For these reasons, we recommend using virtualized environments for testing purposes only.
