What can I do in case of loss or theft?

The licensee is solely liable and responsible in the event of loss and theft to the Dongles provided. In such cases, ColorGATE will neither provide reimbursement nor replacement, irrespective of the production of a police theft report. We recommend, purchasing suitable insurance policies covering the risk of theft, break-in or loss. Please contact us in this case  via our contact form.
