What can I do if my Dongle is broken?

Please contact us immediately if you realize a defect. If your Dongle is not older than one year we will replace it free of charge. If your Dongle is older than one year we will send a new one for a 50 EUR fee plus freight charges. Please always return defective Dongles. Please be informed that we only will consign the unlimited keycode after having received your broken dongle.
