The current versions of all ColorGATE RIP software solutions offer a number of improvements regarding compatibility with common file types like PDF to optimize workflow and production processes.

In addition, existing functions have been enhanced: For example, the cut marks were upgraded with new options to help with more applications and also the Print and Cut Module’s Cutserver now allows sending cut data over TCP/IP to Summa and Graphtec devices and also perforating is now possible. Fotoba cutmarks have been extended for a variety of new options, to handle special cases in a better way. The „Photo & Finart Module“ and the former “You frame” were now renamed in the software to Photogate Module PHGM. The „Proofing Module“ was now also renamed in the software to Proofgate Module PGM; 10 new simulation profiles are now available.

The printer support in the categories 1, 2 and 3 - including for the latest models from HP (HP DesignJet Z5200, HP Scitex LX600|LX800) and Roland (Roland VS-640, Roland XC-540MT) – has been further developed.
