Value Packs

The new ColorGATE Value Packs provide investment and planning security - along with some very attractive cost advantages as well. The Value Packs 3 / 5 were specially developed for institutional users (government offices, municipal associations, public-private partnerships, etc.), but are, of course, also available to all customers.

Scope of consulting services: All updates (Version A.x to A.y) and Upgrades (Version A.x to B.x) free of charge within the contract term; Web Support free of charge; 4 Trouble-Tickets/year free of charge (Hotline/Remote support, each with 15 min). The minimum contract term is 2 years and will be extended for another contract year if it is not terminated three months before the expiry. Annual contract fee is 20% from the licensed total configuration and will increase according to stipulation (extensions, system components).

Fixed contract term: 3 years; no automatic extension. Contract fee: 18% of the licensed total configuration price, valid at time of conclusion of contract. No additional charging of stipulations (extensions, system components) to the contract fee.
