Data sizes from more than 10 MB on need to be submitted via FTP and please include your ticket number in the filename. Please ask for FTP access information via Request Form.

3. Hotline/Support call We have made the experience that the usage of our request form is optimally suited to clarify special topics in a dialogue with us.
