 DEVICELINK PROFILER Module (DLPFM) - Proofs that print like the original

The DLPFM aims to minimize DeltaE-tolerances and optimize visual matching of a proof at the same time. These optimized DeviceLink profiles describe the transformation of a source profile into a target profile.
Minimum color tolerance, maximum effect
You see the problem right away: the CMYK color spaces of the proof output device and the printer you want to simulate are set up differently. The transformation of the color spaces – normally using Lab – requires a completely new separation. Negative effect: the generation of black and other color combinations do not meet expectations, neither technically nor visually.
The DLPFM puts an end to all that. The only prerequisite: Proof workflow has been selected and the reference profile of the printer system to be simulated is available. Assistant-supported, the DLPFM optimizes DeviceLink-Profiles via predefined settings to minimum DeltaE color deviations of less than 1. This value reliably reproduces proof results in virtually matchless visual quality.
In addition to user-friendly operation, the DLPFM also guarantees great savings in terms of time and costs, with minimal material consumption.
 The DLPFM is an option for ColorGATE PRODUCTIONSERVER with an implemented PROOF Module and PROOFGATE.
